Prophecy & Purpose

The Journey

"The Black Hills does not speak in words, but in the echoes of the heart. My music is but a conduit for the ancient whispers of this land."

Ready for music to heal your heart? As the sun sets from the dark grief, mourning, and fear we have known these past few years, this Performing Artist, Singer-Songwriter has survived, healed and now thrives with many music dream songs to share.

While living a simple life close to the land, Bunny Sings Wolf has learned to hear the gentle songs in the trees in the sacred Black Hills where, since 1999, over 420 original songs have come to her in dreams. Sent from the heart, many of these songs are played on radio stations and on the web throughout the world.

Her self-taught acoustic guitar and Native American flute playing accompanies a soulful voice sent with respect and conviction that honors Mitakuye Oyasin — (Lakota) all our relations.

"Bunny's 'Spirit Journey' album carried me through the darkest winter of my life. The Native American flute passages in the opening tracks feel like a prayer rising from the Black Hills themselves. This is music that heals."

"Saw Bunny perform with The New Christy Minstrels and was immediately drawn to her solo work. 'White Haired Sunrise' is a beautiful album — the Rapid City Journal was right to call it Lakota-inflective folk. A unique voice in American music."

Robert Hayes Cheyenne, WY April 2023
